Listen, the terrarium was a test. We put a bunch of species together to see what would happen. If you behaved, we were going to introduce you to the rest of us. We didn't know you'd evolve this aggressively. We didn't know you'd run every other species into the ground until it was just your lot, king of the bones. We didn't know you'd try to escape your cage instead of cleaning it up, so now we're finally having this little chat. Sorry, but we're turning your lifeboats around before you reach the edge of the Milky Way. There's a reason we've kept intelligent life away from Earth. You just don't play well with others.
